Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Season 7 Episode 2: A Distant Echo: Review

The Clone Wars keeps going strong in its comeback season.

The opening with Captain Rex knowing about Anakin and Padme stunned me, that was a great plot twist that I did not see coming. Captain Rex's attempts to keep Obi-Wan from entering the room where Anakin was talking with Padme had me dying of laughter. Obi-Wan telling Anakin that he knew who he was talking to further confirms my suspicions that he always knew that they were married.

The main story line was very good though. I really love the characterization on Captain Rex this season, and the action scenes in this episode were very good this season as well. I was also happy to see Anakin Skywalker have plenty of screen time, and like last week I love the Bad Batch Clones, they are hillarious.

The ending was a small problem for me, as they could have easily wrapped up the story line right then and there, but they have to keep going with this story line, luckily it is a good story line.

Overall, Clone Wars' second episode easily delivered and continues to impress me, and it will again satisfy long time Star Wars fans.

The Flash: Season 6 Episode 13: Grodd Friended Me: Review

Until I get more free time, I will keep writing small reviews again.

The Flash's latest episode has good themes, strong performances from its cast, and two great plot twists at the end, but the second half of the season is still suffering from not advancing the story line well enough, and having way too much going on.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Season 7 Episode 1: the Bad Batch: Review

The long awaited return of the Clone Wars comes back with a bang.

The story line was much better then I expected. I loved the new Clone Troopers, they had great characterization and I loved their different skills.

The action scenes were good for a cartoon show. I loved that they showed all of the different ways the Clones fight also.

I really hope that Anakin and Mace Windu get more screen time later in the show. While I like the Clones, I love the Jedi just as much.

Overall, Clone Wars' long awaited return was worth the wait, and will satisfy die hard fans of the franchise.

The Flash: Season 6 Episode 12: A Girl Named Sue: Review

Sorry this has taken a while, been very busy lately. This will be brief.

While the episode has plenty of humor, some interesting plot reveals, Ralph finally making his long awaited return, and strong performances from its cast, the episode suffers from too many plot lines going on at the same time, not revealing who the true villain is, and making Sue Dearbon too much of a Catwoman like character.

Out of a 10 I would give it..

The Flash: Season 6 Episode 11: Love is a Battlefield: Review

This review will be quick, as I am suffering from an injury to my leg, and do not feel like writing a full review.

Tonight's episode of the Flash is very cheesy, and feels like a filler episode. However, thanks to some great comedy, a surprising cameo from a favorite character, a stunning plot twist at the end, building up to Mirror Master's eventual appearance, and strong performances from Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, and Candice Patton, this episode of the Flash is one of the more memorable episodes.

The Flash: Season 6 Episode 10: Marathon"

Flash's long awaited return sets up a potientally great new story arc.

I was mixed about Flash and Diggle's trip to Lian Yu. While I was hit with the emotion surounding Oliver's death, I wish there would have been something major there. The moral of it though was solid, and I'm glad that we took one last trip to Lian Yu.

Iris' story line was great, due to the intrigue that is surounding the new villain, Mirror Master. Candice Patton arguably gave one of her best performances in this episode. It was neat seeing how they are trying to make Iris more useful in this show, and I think that they are doing at great job at it. Keep it up!

Cisco and Caitlin's story line was heartfelt. I'm really mad though that they killed Harry and Jesse Wells, as these were two of my favorite characters from the show. I'm curious as to what Cisco is going to find out there, and I cannot wait to see what it is.

Nash Wells' huge reveal at the end that Allegra Garcis has a connection to him, either as his daughter or his wife, stunned me. I am very interested as to what how this will tie in to the upcomming story arc.

Iris getting kidnapped by Mirror Master left me dropping my jaw. I was not expecting that, what a way to introduce the new villain. I really hope that they bring back old supporting villains such as Godspeed, Gorilla Grodd, Hunter Zolomon/Zoom, Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash, Dr. Alechemy, and Savitar to show how much more of a threat the new universe is.

Overall, despite somewhat of a letdown from Barry's story arc, and the reveal of Harry and Jesse Wells, tonight's episode of the Flash deliveres on the intrigue, setting up the new story arc in the best way possible, some surprising new plot twists, the new season villain revealed, opening so many new possibilities, and a strong performance from Candice Patton.
